eat poo for a week
This is impossible to do safely; try for 2 pounds a week and you will do just fine! As stated above it is not safe to shed so much in such a short time, but rigorous excercise programs such as P90X and Insanity would be the safest way to lose the most in the shortest amount of time.
Yes you could. It would take exercise and most likely a change in your diet. On average you need to burn 3500 cals. to loose one pound of fat. To loose 20 pounds in two months you need to loose 2.5 pounds a week which would be 8750 cals a week. To loose that much weight you would need to burn 1250 cals a day through exercise and a reduced caloric intake. Most people need 2000 calories a day for basis body function therefore if you reduce you caloric intake to 1500 calories and exercise to burn 750 calories a day you could very easily loose that 20 pounds in 2 months. Focus on fruits and vegetables, smaller portions and count all of you calories. Just stay motivated and in two months you will see a difference
Typically 2 pounds per week is healthy so 10 weeks to loose 20 pounds. Every person is different. If you are starting off at a heavier weight 40 pounds overweight you will/can healthy loose more weight per week (approx 3-5 pounds per week) so 4-7 weeks . I would recommend starting off with 2 or 3 pounds off per week make it your goal. Wait at least 2 weeks before weighing yourself once you start your diet/exercise routine. Daily or weekly weight-ins will most likely cause you to give up. GOODLUCK!
You cannot lose 20 pounds in one week by natural means. Some people can lose around 14 pounds in one week when fasting. Some of that 14 pounds would be water weight and some would be body fat. However, it's hard to fast and not advisable unless your nutritional status is good before fasting or unless it is done under medical supervision. .
No way to tell.
Weeks to months, multiply by 4. If that was 5 pounds a week, that is 20 pounds a month.
All results vary when it comes to loosing weight. You might expect to lose about 20 pounds in 3 months if you stick to your weight loss program for that time.
forever
Not and be healthy. Such a dangerous weight loss could lead to health problems. 20 pounds, about 2 pounds a week, would be a high goal to set, but reasonable. And believe me, even 10 pounds can make a noticeable difference!
Attempting to lose 10 pounds in one week is absurd. You'd have to be on the ab circle 20 hours a day.
4 pounds.
