• You can't just guess whether someone is a lesbian. There are no terms or descriptions of a lesbian except from the sexual partner preference. Telling if someone is gay or lesbian is only if they have been with the same sex partner as themselves, and even if they had been it may not mean they are gay. I do, however, flirt overtly with girls and that mostly gets the message across. Some of my friends/family/coworkers have no idea, though, and mostly it doesn't matter. I can only really think of one reason it would matter, and that's if you're a lesbian interested in a girl whose sexual orientation is ambiguous or undeclared. So good luck with that.

I'm a girl of course. Around my sixth grade year, I was noticing that I had a tendency to dress in male clothing. And I had a lot of thoughts about kissing some of my friends that were female. I didn't understand at that point.

Before 8th grade a girl asked me out, at first we were just joking, before I knew it we both took it seriously. I thought liking girls was just a phase that I would pass out of. But, I notice that seeing a female not in clothing drove me wild.
