In other words, how do see inside someone's heart and know if he is telling the truth? That question is as old as time. But first, don't think that even he knows. A lot of guys are clueless as to what they feel. They may think they are in love, when they were really just "in lust", but they didn't have the experience to know the difference. That aside, one way to find out if you are being used (and I assume that you mean for sex) is to ask not to have sex for a while. If he wants to be with you, his feelings won't change.
