First of all, does the guy know that you like him? I'm shy too, so I understand how you feel. If you want to kiss him, he's gotta be okay with it, too you know. So, don't just randomly kiss him. Go on a date, get into the mood, THEN you MAY kiss him. Or if you're still too shy, go on a couple of dates. If he kisses you first, then that means he thinks he likes you. And there you go - LUCKY!
