Well I've just got the 1Box and love it already! It's quite easy:
First go to a website that coverts songs to wav. I recommend...
http://audio.online-convert.com/convert-to-wav
follow the instructions
once it's downloaded do this:
Song>import file (if you're on a mac the keyboard shortcut Shift++O)
then search for the song
then it adds it to the song! Voila
Hope this helps

Itunes will not import songs in Windows Media (.wma) format.
Import songs into iTunes. Sync with iPad.
Go on iTunes
import them from the file button in itunes
Yes, you can. Insert the CD into your computer and a window from Itunes should pop up asking if you want to import the songs into itunes. I believe you click yes, and the songs from the CD will import into Itunes. You then just connect your ipod to the computer with the USB cord and anything in itunes will sync to the ipod.
yes, you put the CD in your computer and drag/import the songs into itunes. Once in itunes you can connect and sync your iPhone.

To add songs one can simply drag them from a folder onto the Library portion of the side bar in iTunes. The songs will be converted into the format specified in one's iTunes' preferences. The file menu where it says import file to library and import folder to library can also be used to add media to iTunes.
