How do you get squirt bottle in emerald?

1. Get two gym badges and go to Goldenrod City
2. Beat Whitney, the Goldenrod City Gym Leader (The third gym)
3. Enter the house to the right of the Gym
4. Talk to the woman on the left, and she will give you the SquirtBottle (and 'Berry Pots' in HG/SS)

You cannot get a squirt bottle in Pokemon Emerald. Use your Wailmer Pail on Sudowoodo to fight him.

go to the golden rod city flower shop and a lady should give it to you

You can find the squirtbottle in the house right after Petalburg Woods (route 104) after you have 2 badges.
