You can download the iPSP portal for PSP, its the official and original iPhone portal for the PSP systems. No custom firmware needed, coz it runs as an HTML file in your PSP Browser.

For further updated version, you can search YouTube for the iPSP 2 or 3 or maybe the "New iPSP"

if u have a custom firmware installed , then you can download the iVER psp....its not a portal, but its a homebrew application that will run in your PSP and emulate an iPhone like theme in it with all the features that an iPhone has...except the camera...which will direct you to a website to download pictures and set them as ur PSP wallpaper.
