No, you can only purchase Minecraft on the PC/Mac, the iPhone, and soon they will be releasing it on the Xbox360.
BUT apparently you can get knockoffs of minecraft for the PSP, one I saw was LameCraft. I would just stick to Minecraft on the PC/Mac or iPhone though.
