How do you get GB's transferred from one phone to another I got a new iphone with more GB's and i backed it up from my old phone then the GB's went back to the amount from other phone?

You need the back up and restore application to transfer the GB from one phone to another phone.
If you use iCloud, you can easily backup your old iPhone to iCloud, and then restore your data to your new iPhone.
iTunes can also be used to backup your iPhone to your computer, and then also used to restore your data to your iPhone.
