If you want to unsubscribe from a user on YouTube, simply go to their channel and above their channel description where it used to say "Subscribe", it will now say "Unsubscribe". Just click unsubscribe!

  3. You should be redirected to your settings
  4. You should see your picture/avatar;
  5. Click 'Advanced'
  6. Scroll down the page
  7. Click 'Close Account'
  8. And YouTube will ask you a reason for closing your account

YouTube has subsequently changed features and has updated overtime. To remove subscriptions, do the following:

  • Click on the User Name drop - down box in top right corner of the screen
  • Access inbox
  • A list of options will be available: inbox, personal messages, comments... click on 'address box'
  • click on 'subscriptions'
  • select a subscription that you want to delete
  • click 'edit subscription' then tick the 'unsubscribe' check box followed by 'update'
  • If all steps are done correctly, the subscription will be deleted

click on your name in the top right corner. click account, click close account. then say why you dont want to delete it

Go on that persons channel. Click edit subscription. Select the option unsubscribe and click save
