Well, most food will have to be made from products either bought at the store or grown. Most grown fruits and vegetables have the same nutritional value. (Those can be found at the attached link.) Let's say you are making cookies, the flour, butter, milk and eggs all will have nutritional information on the package that they came in. If you combine all of their information, you will get the nutritional value for your meal. (If it makes more than one serving, divide the total by how many servings. Example - You make breaded chicken for 3 people. The total calories is 900. That means each piece / serving of chicken is 300 calories.)
