You Click There Name, It Might Be On The Left, It Will Take You To There Channel And You Will See The Videos They Have Added To There Favorites And then You Scroll Down And You Will See A Picture Or No Picture And On The Side Of That You Will See Add As A Friend And You Click On It And It Will Say Your Friend Request Haves Been Sent.... ∙ 12y agoYou go to that user's channel and look on the left side o the screen and click on add as friend. YouTube will tell you when your friend invite was sent. If they've been online and they still have not accepted your invite they probably didn't check their inbox.
On their profile, there should be a link that says add as friend in the column with their information.
