The Crosman Phantom is designed to shoot ONLY .177 pellets NOT BB's, they will ruin the rifling in the barrel.

The Model 73 "Saddle Pal" was made between 1976 - 1983. Crosman no longer has parts for this model. However they offer a free service to locate shops that repair older Crosman air guns & rifles. See the link below BTW it shot both BB's or .177 pellets.
