They are both the same size. .177
Any .177 caliber BB is fine. BB's made by Copperhead or Daisy will work with your 760.
The Crosman model 761XL is designed to shoot BB's or any .177 Caliber pellet. These are the most common pellets you can find. Make sure you select .177 Caliber pellets.
The Crosman 760 doesn't shoot Bullets it shoots BB's or .177 caliber Pellets.
.177 BB Cal
No it is not possible (in the USA) Crosman only makes the Phantom in a 177 Caliber. However I believe the Phantom .22 is made for Canada and Yes it will kill a bird.
.177 cal. Crosman, daisy, rws, beeman, marksman all make pellets in the .177 size
If there is it's not enough to worry about. Crosman handles Copperhead BB's they are .177 caliber and are 5.1 grain. Daisy handles, Daisy BB's, that are .177 and 5.1 grain. The choice is yours. MarksMan also makes BB's called Laserhawk that are also .177 ( no grain info) Personally I shoot Gamo BB's ( Called Gamo Round Balls.) they are .177 caliber but 8.2 grain, A little heaver than the other BB's. I use these because they are made out of lead. The lead is soft enough to take advantage of the rifling in the barrel. This makes them spin and fly straighter than regular hard BB'. If your rifle or BB gun is a smooth bore ( Not rifled barrel) then it doesn't matter what you use.
It would be worth between $65 - $75
Which Model? anywhere from $40 to $120
