yes they can.
Do you mean repierce a partially healed piercing or getting a second set of piercings? Both are possible and the risk of infection are the same as the initial piercing.
Yes but it's best to relocate the piercing well enough away from the existing piercing so it doesn't complicate the healing for the new piercing
go to you local beautitions and they gently poke through your ear\ears
1920's is when American women started piercing their ears.
Ears really don't have dangerous veins. You should be fine piercing anywhere on your ears.
Nothing there is no such piercing.
Yes the puppies ears are closed when they are born!
No, it will just make the hole bigger and if you let it strink down it may not return back to a normal looking ear piercing.
I let mine grow over when I was younger and pierced them again a few after and I don't think it hurt more then before, it was probably about the same. It think it all depends on how long you wait until you repierce it, if they are still a little sore from the previous piercing then it may hurt more then if they were completely heald. Lobe piercing aren't generally that painful anyway so I wouldn't worry too much about it. I will suggest though that if you are going to get them done again go to a piercing studio that uses a needle instead of the gun to pierce your ears they heal up so much easier and its less trauma to the ear. Good Luck!
