1. Don't worry if you are around ten to twelve and are under 12 stone but if you are or just don't like your shape start of by counting your calories for a couple of days and start cutting a few off.

2. Have more exercise and don't feel different if you work out to a DVD you are not the only one ( exercise is something that makes your heart beat faster)

3. Eat more veg and fruit and instead of sitting down playing on the xbox go for a walk with you friends or family.
