Try not to lower you food intake because it will lower your metabolism, but if you do, try doing the treadmill to keep it steady. Drink green tea about twice or more a day, drink some kind of acidic fruit like lemon, but try not to drink lemonade or anything very sugary, eat a lot of vegetables to also raise your metabolism, search up exercises on how to get nice abs or strong muscles, etc., to get a bit of muscle because muscle burn A LOT of fat, try to walk when ever you can, and try to avoid junk food or fast food restaurants, though not completely. You can go there once or twice, but eat with moderation. Try to jump-rope or bicycle instead of sitting around. :) Hope that helps.
