I lost 4 stone in 8 weeks when I was 25 years old. I'm now 46. I had recently had an operation that required my jaw to be wired together. All my food had to be liquidised. I lost exactly 4 stone in 8 weeks. At times I felt very tired and weak and had bouts of diarrhoea! Although I felt amazing when I was so much lighter, the journey there was unpleasant and very, very hard. I remeber being frustrated at not being able to chew food and all the liquidised food I ate tasted pretty much the same. So yes, it can be done. But it's unsafe and unpleasant!
