I'm not sure why you would want to go after someone who is already committed to someone else and clearly unavailable. My advice would be to accept that she wants to be with someone else and move on. The consequences aren't just on her side, but also on yours. If you can pull her away from one committment, who is to say that she will remain committed to you? And, depending on your relationship with your conscience, you may find that breaking up a marriage causes you feelings of guilt.
However, since the question should be answered... seducing someone who is married is not too different from seducing someone who is unmarried. You hang out, flirt, and see if they respond, and if so how. Then you decide, together, how to move forward. The main difference is usually keeping it secret from the spouse of the person you are seducing... and the worry that the other person values that secret more than they value you, and having to sleep alone, and the very real way that you are second string.

Yes she was a lesbian woman but she was married to a man
She should make a promise to herself never to date another married woman. It's a matter of personal dignity.

A great looking woman but a lesbian.
No one can "become" a lesbian. You either are or you aren't. It's something deep inside that is part of your nature.
No, you can't tell unless they tell you, or you find them in a sexual situation.
Are you straight? Forget about it. Are you a student? Forget about it too
If an unhappily 30 year old woman works with you, it is probably not a good idea to try to seduce her. That may only create more problems and unhappiness for her. Try being her friend and lending a shoulder to cry on instead.
You don't try to attract a married woman. If you want to play Russian Roulette and see if you can get her interested in you and she is then you will still lose out because most women will generally stay with their husbands.
