Usually if there is good connection between you and this girl there shouldn't be a problem talking to her. Just start with a simple and smooth, "hey, whats up?" and try to be calm. If you are nervous, that will make her nervous. Girls are not as hard to talk to as you think. It usually seems like because of what you've previously learned or heard.

Girls really appreciate a guy that isn't afraid to walk up to you and make the first move. I don't mean walk up to her randomly and ask her out, just don't be afraid to talk to her. When you think she is more comfortable around you, look for the opportunity when she is alone or pull her aside from her group of friends. And remember, if she turns you down, its not the end of the world. there's plenty more prey where she came from! ;)

Another very important tip is WATCH HOW YOU SMELL! I always notice a guy when he smells nice. I also hate it when you can smell a guy from across the room so don't drench it!

You could find the girl you are like the most. Then become good friends with her it may take a little time after a couple of weeks or so you then ask her out and if she says yes then SCORE!!!

Join clubs or get to know new people, or get to know people you already know a little better. If you get to know a girl and you find her attractive, get to know her as a friend first. If dating's your thing, then ask her out on a very casual date. If not, then continue to hang out with her, either alone or with friends, whichever you're more comfortable with. Flirt with her, but don't force it. If she likes you back, you'll probably notice that you touch hands sometimes, and have other bits of physical contact. If she's not flirting back, she's most likely not interested. If you're fairly sure that she likes you back, then you can do the scary bit: asking her out, kissing her, or telling her how you feel.
