∙ 14y agoThat is very unhealthy. 3500 calories equals a pound. I have a story you should read though.... I once knew this girl her name was Alexandria. She thought she was fat. So she starved her self. She ate a 100 calorie pack of crackers and then had a bite of Chinese food. The next day was a Thursday. Alexandria woke up. She had a stomach ache. She went to the bathroom and felt horrible. She was like ok. I have to get something to eat. On her way to the kitchen. Everything was dizzy then everything turned black. Alex was unconscious. SHE FAINTED!! She hit her head off the table and suffered from a concusion. ALL FROM NOT EATING!! Advice: eat normal. Just cut out sugar. Eat meat. Increase physical activty. Don't be stupid and not eat. You could soon be Alex if you don't eat.
