Choose something with meaning. When I do a tattoo I like my clients to have a tattoo that evokes certain memories or feelings. Also, insist on a good tattoo needle for the detail. I recommend these.

Tattoos can be applied to one's arm in full sleeve or half sleeve applications. The main difference between full sleeve tattoos and half sleeve tattoos is how much tattoo covers the arm.
Half sleeve, full sleeve is the whole arm. Otherwise I don't know what you mean. Maybe you just mean a Band Tattoo.
Depends on the artist and how detailed the tattoo is and if it is in color or not. Figure a basic 200.00 to start and go up from there. Each artist sets their price.
It all depends on what you want as far as color or black and gray. Most tattoo places charge by the hour and prices differ from artist to artist. Good tattoos are not cheap and cheap tattoos are not good. Best thing to do is find which artists work you like for the type of tattoo you want and then discuss pricing.
I'm not her manager nor do I work with her, so this may not be 100%, but I've heard that she charges $250 per hour.
He has a sleeve tattoo on his left arm, but a half sleeve on this right arm
A sleeve is a tattoo or a collage of tattoos that cover the entire arm, from the shoulder to the wrist. A half-sleeve only goes down to the elbow.

Marines are prohibited from: a. Tattoos or brands on the head and neck. b. Sleeve Tatoos. A sleeve tattoo is a very large tattoo, or a collection of smaller tattoos, that covers or almost covers a person's entire arm or leg. c. Half-sleeve or quarter sleeve tattoos that are visible to the eye when wearing standard PT Gear (T-shirt and shorts). A half-sleeve or quarter-sleeve tattoo is defined as a very large tattoo or collection of smaller tattoos that covers, or almost covers the entire portion of an army or leg above or below the elbow or knee. d. Tattoos or brands that are prejudicial to good order, discipline and morale, or are of a nature to bring discredit upon the Marine Corps. These may include, but are not limited to, any tattoo that is sexist, racist, vulgar, anti-american, anti-social, gang related, or extremest group or organization related.
I got a half sleeve tattoo covering my whole upper arm (elbow to top of shoulder) all the way around. The inner arm was the most painful. Anyone who gets a tattoo has to realize that pain is part of the deal, but it should be the last thing on your list of reasons about getting a tattoo. Look, there is NO line that the artist does that lasts longer than 10 seconds. So if it is a real painful line just get through it and then you get a few seconds to prepare for the next line. YES, tattoo's hurt but they can go from uncomfortable to almost pleasurable. I have a LOW pain tolerance if I can get through a half sleeve you will be fine.
He has a star on his in bicep, under it says ''we wont stop till we surrender'', He has the letter A for his mom Anne, On his wrist, he has a tattoo that says ''I cant change'' and now he his getting a half sleeve arm tattoo from Ed Sherran. So Harry Styles has 3 soon to be 4.
For the most part from what I've always been told by clients of mine who have been in the service, they are primarily against any visible tattoos on your hands or neck. Tattoos on the face are completely out, and they are against any tattoo that is racist in meaning or has any gang affiliation. Other than that, they are pretty much cool with tattoos anymore.
