People sweat at night while they're asleep, and since you won't have eaten anything for the last 8 hours or so, you'll weigh the least first thing in the morning, before breakfast but after you've urinated and defecated. If you wait to weigh yourself until night time, you'll almost certainly weigh more (just because of eating throughout the day) unless you have exercised a lot that day - intense sweating can lower your weight by as much as several pounds.

You weigh very slightly less if the moon is directly overhead, for the same reason that the tides go in and out (the moon's gravitational pull affects bodies, both human and of water).
