Well if you ate a lot the night before and go to sleep the food will settle into fat and the next morning you might weigh more, as the day goes on if you don't just lay around trying to gain weight your gonna burn fat just through Dali activities. if you workout you,ll lose more weight. So if you want to be skinny don't eat and then fall into bed if you want to be fat do. Hope that helped

Basically your weight fluctuates throughout the day. This happens because of processes that happen in the body. But because of what is stated in the paragraph above you are most likely to weigh less at night/evening. As it says in the above answer, the activities you do during the day burn more calories than sleeping at night. So if you plan on weighing yourself or if you need an answer for a science exam; you weigh less at night.
