most cases woman will produce milk when they are pregnant.... very very few cases very few you produce milk but not pregnant
I don't know about the tingling, but that milky substance... is milk. Women generally start producing milk when they become pregnant. Either way, you might want to see a doctor.

You will only get this milky discharge during pregnancy when you are 3-5 months into the pregnancy. Its most likely too much progesterone in your blood. See your doctor about the discharge.

Either way you should see a doctor, because if you're not pregnant and you have this clear fluid, then there is some reason for that. NO!!!! Anytime I squeeze mine I have some clear milky stuff coming out of both. I had a baby 3 years ago and I have asked my OB-GYN and it is TOTALLY NORMAL AND HEALTHY. I am NOT pregnant.
