Only you can really say if it'll hurt or not. Most people that say yes, probably never got a tattoo before. If you've gotten one and it barely hurt, I'd say go for it. I am, once I have enough to pay for it. I've gotten two tattoos before, the thicker one tickled but the thin one hurt, a 7 on a scale 1/10. Get it and answer for yourself. well i used to have my upper ear and that hurt bad. but i just got my lip and it really didnt hurt all just in the mornings. but it really is normal for it to hurt a few days later.

I have personally done this before, i got my right lip piercing re-pierced in the exact same spot and no it doesn't hurt, it feels the same as getting your first lip piercing.

It depends on where you get it, some places hurt less, some hurt a LOT more. The spine or the feet are especially painful.

i got a ":)" on the inside of my lip a little less than 2 days ago, honestly it didn't really hurt at all. it was done in about 15 seconds. sadly they charged me $60s and it has already pretty much totally faded away.
