Only you can really say if it'll hurt or not. Most people that say yes, probably never got a tattoo before. If you've gotten one and it barely hurt, I'd say go for it. I am, once I have enough to pay for it. I've gotten two tattoos before, the thicker one tickled but the thin one hurt, a 7 on a scale 1/10. Get it and answer for yourself. Not to sound mean, but only you can say if it hurts for you.

I have personally done this before, i got my right lip piercing re-pierced in the exact same spot and no it doesn't hurt, it feels the same as getting your first lip piercing.
