okay water is a hydrating drink not a weigh loss drink. drink lots of water and replacing it with your average fountain drinks is a good and yes you may loss a couple of pounds but not many. if you want to lose weigh eat 3 meals a day and skip snacks and drink only water and excersise daily. Also drinking lots of water may also take hunger away so yes maybe in a way it well help loss those extra pounds(:
