It might. If you intend to keep a hoop in it, then it shouldn't affect it.

If you intend to wear studs, you might have to bend them so as not to irritate the piercing though.

Will 3 day old nose piercing heal ok with a nose ring from Claire's Stud fell out only had the hoop on hand worried about changing it again since you are to leave it alone for 6-8 weeks?

A three day old nose piercing will heal ok with a nose ring from Claire's even if the stud fell out. The curvature of the ring should make it impossible for skin to grow over the piercing. You should only be concerned about the piercing falling out as the hole will heal if it does. If you do attempt to change the piercing you should disinfect everything that will touch the wound to stop possible infection.

Why is it not safe to tan after a naval piercing?

You aren't supposed to tan indoors after getting a navel piercing because of the UV rays can dry out your piercing and make it uncomfortable, and if the lotion gets into your piercing it can get infected. Your piercing may take 6-12 months to heal so until then you should take good care of it and avoid tanning and swimming. You should wait until the weather cools down to get your piercing so then you have all winter for it to heal.

Can you get a piercing if another part of your body has an infection?

You really shouldn't. It would make your body even weaker and you want to fight the infection off as quickly as possible. Your ear piercing wouldn't heal as well either.

Why do your nipple rings keep coming out?

first of all, when you get a nipple piercing, make sure you are putting a straight barbell in, instead of the hoop. putting a hoop in right away usually results in Migration (meaning; the skin will reject the piercing and eventually you'll see fewer and fewer skin covering the jewelry til there just isn't any. ). And thennn, Once fully-healed with a straight barbell, you then may change to the hoop or other cute nipple jewelry! hope this was helpful! :)

Can you use a crushed aspirin on a nose piercing to help heal?

Never heard of that but I wouldn't do it. The paste might be too thick and it can dry out your piercing. Just stick to natural sea salt and warm water soaks. You can take aspirin for swelling but it wont speed up healing Aspirin on a piercing will not "help" it heal, it's acid. Why would you put acid on any injury? Use common sense, move the jewellery under running water while showering and after your shampoo and conditioner, keep make up away from it and it will heal.
