You can take aspirin for swelling but it wont speed up healing Aspirin on a piercing will not "help" it heal, it's acid. Why would you put acid on any injury? Use common sense, move the jewellery under running water while showering and after your shampoo and conditioner, keep make up away from it and it will heal.
