Well it depends. Do you see him ever look at you? If He does and you've caught him looking at you more than once then he probably likes you he is just to shy to talk to you. And probably feels more comfortable around girls he doesn't like. Even if he's talked to you a little you can tell if he does or not by the way he is around you.
