No, .30-30s do not have a lot of kick, however, recoil (kick) being "bad" or not is largely a personal issue. For some folks, even the diminutive .223 has a lot of recoil, while others have no problem with the recoil from a .378. It also depends on the design of the rifle.
No You could build a rifle in .306" or any other caliber but you are likely referring to 30.06. A 30.06 rifle is referred to as "30 Caliber" but to be accurate it is nominally .308"

Only when fired. Yes, they have a significant amount of recoil (kick)
NO. There is a 30-06 rifle, but it is still a .30 cal, just like a 308 or 30-30 If there were, it would not be a rifle, it would be more like a cannon.. The caliber of a rifle, is based on size of the hole in the barrel, hence .50 cal is = half a inch. and a .30 is just slightly smaller than 1/3 of an inch. ****************** While there are .307 caliber rifles, have not seen a .306 or 306- as the previous responder noted- there IS a 30-06 (Usually pronounced thirty ought six). Yes there is. It is a 7.5X55 Swiss rifle. The surplus ammunition bullet diameter is .306.

It depends on the comparative charges of the ammunition. A rifle can have more recoil than a shotgun.
Speed sensor is bad.
A mule kicks, a rifle recoils. Recoil perception differs among people. It is generally considered mild.
Yes, but without preparation it may not be a good idea. Vise must be padded to prevent harming the rifle, and enough recoil can break the rifle, or kick it out of the vise.
It might, given the right circumstances.
Very little. Very small, light bullet.
