Yes but it is ineffective as a contraceptive. Alcohol will kill any sperm out in the open, or in liquids, but if you have unprotected sex and expect using alcohol as a contraceptive afterward, that is a very uneducated idea. It would most likely burn and cause discomfort, and won't kill sperm already past the cervix.
