You can get sore nipples before your period. This is normal, and to be expected. Hormonal changes and fluctuations around this time of the month cause some soreness to the nipples. Advil or Tylenol can be taken to help with the soreness, as well as the other discomforts of PMS.

it may be sore on certain places it could e sore on your nipples but it could be sore on the hip to some one else ut no its not sore for everyone so dont feel like a billy because ur not the only one
