In my opinion as a guy, yes, they are the most attractive girls ever! Its a very nice feeling to get a shy pretty girl to talk to you openly because it shows that she trusts you and she'd never be mean, unfaithful or arrogant. They also appreciate compliments more, so it makes me feel like I've made a difference and made her happy.
