That usually depends how into you they are. if girl is clingly and boy doesn't like it then it's usually a case that he feels uncomfortable or embarrassed. It's also possible that he's not like that but I'm sure you'd be able to spot if he was the kind of person not to like clingy girls.
Personally, I think most guys that are into their girlfriends like them fairly clingy as it signifies they are into you.
