I would say a mixture of both. Girls can think guys are cute when they are shy, but guys will not get anywhere with the girl if they don't know how to start a good conversation.

it really depends i mean if the guy is way to talkitive that's bad, people like that can be so annoying!!! and like the other person said they can be cute but they just need to talk with you to get a conversation but mostly talkitive guys would be better, not to much though, actually i guess out-going guys would be the best. so the answer is really just the person she has a crush on but if there were two cute guys ( talkative, and shy) then she might go for the person who talks, and does most stuff with her. so whatever u r just try talking to her and if she likes u she will answer and like u back!!!!! hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
