1. Personality

A girl likes a guy with an open personality. Someone who can be romantic, stand up for her, reassure her, and, of course, talk to her. Don't be a "pimp" or act cocky but, be chivalrous to all women and give them a smile. If you find someone in need, help them. Perhaps the shelf is to high for them to reach that book at the library. Grab it for her and hand it to her. Maybe you find someone being picked on or harassed. Help them. Most of all, if you find someone joking about your weight, smile at them and laugh with them. Joke about your weight. If you really aren't comfortable with yourself, go to a doctor and ask about a healthy way for you to lose a few pounds.

2. Lifestyle

If you are a heavy guy and you sit around all day playing video games and eating, a girl will not like that. If anything, she will be infuriated and/or disgusted. On the other hand, if you are a guy who is social, has fun, treats people fairly, and can joke, she will notice that.

3. Appearance

Make yourself look respectable. I have noticed that most guys who are heavy let their weight drag them down and they just give up. Don't do that. Just because you are heavy doesn't mean you can't look sexy and cute. Look clean cut. DON'T do the greased hair and heavy cologne. In fact, look professional but, add some fun to it. Add diversity and your personality to your appearance.
