There are a lot of guys who like gay sex but will never admit to themselves that they are gay. If they are only receiving oral then they can tell themselves they are not gay. I hate to break his bubble, but he is gay to some degree. He is having sex with another man. That is pretty much the definition of being gay. I wouldn't push him on it, take it for what it's worth as long as you are comfortable with the arrangement.
