GUI.
GUI is a Graphical User Interface, which is for making "Windowed" Applications. The CLI is a Command-Line Interface, which is a text prompt in which you can enter specific commands to be executed.
GUI stands for "graphical user interface". An example of a GUI would be Windows XP/Vista, both are interactive and have icons, start menus, desktops, etc. A computer without a GUI will usually be text-based, meaning only text is shown on the screen and no icons or desktop. Note that a GUI is not linked to the computer itself and is usually linked the OS or a program.

GUI means Graphic User Interface, which is the screen that shows icons and the mouse cursor. Point and click is used instead of typing in text commands. MS Windows is the name of the operating system produced by Microsoft.
The keyboard and screen are often called the console, sometimes it's just the screen. The GUI (Graphical User Interface) is the application programs that allow you to point and click. The idea of a Graphical User Interface is that most of the computer controls are performed by moving a mouse and clicking on icons. To reiterate, the GUI is the application, the console is the hardware.
