Probably not gonna cure any disease. People would only benefit from it to ease pain of treatment, or extremely useful for those terminally ill. Doesn't have to be smoked either; lots of people use a vaporizer or go for edible marijuana foods. I believe its an incredible substance when used where it actually can help improve quality of life. That's how it probably would become decriminalized, if that happens in my life time.
