I take tramodol for Back pain, and have for a year at 100 - 225 mg per day.
I have not observed anything like hallucination from this drug.
Please be aware that without tapering you can have seizures from doses of just a few hundred mg. I don't suggest messing with this drug if you don't have chronic neuropathic pain.
