I take tramodol for back pain, and have for a year at 100 - 225 mg per day.I have not observed anything like hallucination from this drug.Please be aware that without tapering you can have seizures from doses of just a few hundred mg. I don't suggest messing with this drug if you don't have chronic neuropathic pain.

I don't understand the question. Tramadol is by prescription only but you can get pain killers that may help as much, behind the Pharmacy counter, if you ask and tell them what is going on.
No its a NSAID, no opiate reactors in this drug.This drug can interfere with opiates in the same fashion tramadol does.. As it targets the same pain receptors.. not reactors.
