It's not advisable no. Taking the pill for one month will not prevent pregnancy as you need to be on the pill for 4 weeks before you can have unprotected sex without the risk of pregnancy.

Could it be possible not to get pregnant when 10 hours after the contact you use pills?

If you have taken the pills every day for a month your chances of getting pregnant are slim, but if you think that you can take one pill and not get pregnant this isn't true. You have to take the pill everyday without fail for them to work. One missed pill does not a baby make, but only one pill a baby there will be.

If you forget to take the pill for a week after your period can you get pregnant?

Yes. Even missing one day of the pill will reduce the effectiveness of the pill. If you missed a week, the effectiveness of the pill increases a lot. I would recommend using a condom or other form of non-hormonal birth control for the next month (as it will take a month for the pill to be at 99.99% effectiveness again.

What will happen if you take 4 pills 12 hours after sex and another 4pills after 12 hours after but you are delayed for 1 month after unprotected sex?

the pill does not work if you don't take ONE pill EVERYDAY at around the same time. if your period is delayed one month after having sex then you are most likely pregnant. the only sign of not being pregnant is getting your period.
