I would stay out of the sauna for a full three weeks, when we tell folks how to take care of their new tattoos we always say stay out of pools and streams or lakes until they are healed....But we seem to overlook the saunas. Hope this helps

i would recommend you don't it could possibly get infected but besides that just stay out of the sun or wear something that covers your tattoo but when your not outside you need to let the irritated area breath or it could result to an infection
