Can you sweat with a fresh tattoo?

I would stay out of the sauna for a full three weeks, when we tell folks how to take care of their new tattoos we always say stay out of pools and streams or lakes until they are healed....But we seem to overlook the saunas. Hope this helps

Yes, you can shower with a new tattoo. Your shower should be quick and you should avoid wetting the area of the new tattoo for any longer than necessary. Pat your tattoo dry, instead of rubbing it.

i would recommend you don't it could possibly get infected but besides that just stay out of the sun or wear something that covers your tattoo but when your not outside you need to let the irritated area breath or it could result to an infection
