It could cause an infection which can damage a tattoo. If you have to sweat after getting a tattoo then clean it when you're done sweating.
Normal sweat should not bother it but the sweat from high body temperatures will. If your body temp gets 104+, you can literally sweat out a new tattoo... There will be some ink left but it wont be purty..And if you are sweating a lot, perhaps you are in direct sunlight which can be very damaging to a new tattoo. Hope this helps..

It can be a little tender to the touch. Do NOT touch a fresh tattoo with unwashed hands as that is a great way to introduce bacteria into what is essentially an open wound.
depends on how deep the cut is and if the tattoo is still fresh. if the cut is beyond the third layer of skin it is possible that a chunk of ink will disappear as well. Get it touched up after your cut is gone, if nessasary
