No you shouldn't be using that on a new tattoo. You should be using only unscented lotion or unscented ointment. If the tattoo is healed then you can use bactricing on it.
You want a good thick lotion once your tattoo has healed. If it is a new tattoo, use an antibiotic ointment or cream to help it heal faster without scarring.
I think you're talking about the Aveeno Positively Radian line. If so, this product will brighten and even your skin tone, not necessarily make it darker. Be sure to use any Aveeno Coupons you can get here, as there are always some great coupons available at the site listed.
Depending on the age of the tatoo. If it is new then the chemicals could smudge or deface the tattoo as well as drying out the skin and messing up the design. If it is a new tattoo then you shouldn't use nair but just shave. Also if is a new tattoo, lotion should be used to keep it moisturized to keep it form peeling and being ruined. if it is an old tattoo then nair will not aaffect it

Can i use jergens on a new tattoo
Yes. The tattoo is in your skin. If soap won't get it off lotion won't!
no it is not use antibacterial soap on a new tattoo unscented dial soap that's it
aveeno
Yes, unscented lotion is great for new tattoos, because unlike ointments such as a and d or aquafor if you put on "too much" your skin will just absorb it. Too much ointment can suffocate skin and do all sorts of nasty things. Ointment is only recommended for the first few days at most (I only use lotion), and be sure your not leaving the plastic wrap on for more than an hour after you get your tat.
It depends what moisturizing cream you use. If you use a cheap one it proberbly wont make a difference to your pimples, the best option is to look for moisturizing cream that contains natural colloidal oatmeal such as Aveeno Lotion. Aveeno Lotion is really good for your skin because it contains the natural oatmeal, it calms down most of my spots and I have no dry skin because of it. I use it twice a day, in the morning just after I have washed my face and at night before I go to bed. Its well worth buying. Hear is a link to an image of what it looks like so if you want to buy it you know what to look for - http://images.chemistdirect.co.UK/images/productimages/large/aveenolotion4424.jpeg
