The mini-mag should still be .22 LR.
IF the revolver is marked ".22 LR" yes. If it is marked ".22 WMR" or .22 Mag" or " .22 WRF", then NO.
No
No. .22 LR and .22 WMR (magnums) are not interchangeable. The .22 Mag is ot only longer, but larger diameter bore and cartridge case. If the LR round fires, it is likely to split the case, and accuracy will suck.
Not safely. The 22 lr is a slightly smaller case dimension, so it'll split in the cambe of a 22 mag gun, and vent gas out the back.
NO!...Absolutely Not!...Different size cartridges,like shooting a 30-30 in a 30-06,not a good idea,and has bad consiquences....
No. The R-101 was made in caliber .22 LR, which is a very different round from the .22 WMR. Later models of the High Standard Sentinel WERE made in .22 Mag, but if YOUR sidearm is not marked .22 Magnum or .22 WMR, do NOT try to fire them in it.

No, the 22 Mag will not fit.
No. The case of a 22 WMR is longer than that of a 22 lr, so the cartridge won't fit in a rifle that is chambered for 22 lr.
.22 mag and .22 LR are not the same. So, no.
Absolutely Not!!! Unless it has the cylinder marked for .22 LR.I own a few HS-21's .22 Mag/.22 LR Revolvers, which has both cylinders and I have to change them for what im shooting. If you shoot a .22 LR in a Mag Cylinder the case will actually split open causing gasses to escape and possibly hurt you or your gun. This is because the .22 LR has a smaller case diameter, and when shot it expands...Dont Do It!!!...If you want a .22LR cylinder go to Numrich.com (AKA e-gunparts.com)most manurfacturers made the conversion cylinders for revolvers and most can be bought for around $50...
