Yes you can although it could make the side effects of marijuana more pronounced or vice versa.

Personally I never had any problems with it. It made marijuana more pleasant but after years of stimulant (meth, coke, amphetamine salts) abuse , stimulants caused me paranoia and psychosis and marijuana was no longer enjoyable and gave paranoia as well.

Be careful mixing drugs. Amphetamine salts are serious drugs. It is SPEED, nothing less, and should be respected. If you are grinding up your Adderall or Dexedrine and taking it orally or nasally for more of a buzz you are on the road to psychosis and abuse of coke, methamphetamine and other stimulants..

Personally I don't think prescribing this stuff people for ADHD/ADD is good. It messed up my life bigtime. It should only be prescribed for narcolepsy. Doctors are so quick to give this out if you just ask for it by name. Ritalin is just as bad. Very similar to Cocaine. The way it works in your brain is so similar to cocaine its unbelievable..

People with major pain problems and issues up here in Canada can't get proper pain control with narcotics yet these same doctors are prescribing SPEED to kids and adults alike.

Yes, ofcourse you can mix them together. The more important question is: why would you do that? Acetaminophen has NO recreational value in it.

But yeah, there should not be any adverse reactions as long as you don't get enough Acetaminophen to overdose on (something above 4,000 mg for some people. Other people less; other people more).
