What you do when you are having anal sex has nothing to do with getting pregnant. so long as no semen gets into the vagina then on into the uterus you wont get pregnant . having a tampon in also has nothing to do with it.

Anal sex doesn't result i pregnancy, and tampon or not makes no difference.

You can only fall pregnant if semen gets into your vagina, even then during menstruation you're less likely to be fertile so chances are lower. If having anal sex you should be using condoms and if sexually active you should be using Birth Control anyway, so this shouldn't be an issue anyway!
