Drinking alcohol with metronidazole (24 hours before through 48 hours after the course of therapy) is strongly discouraged as it can cause severe nausea and stomach upset. Alcohol can also interfere with the metabolism of metronidazole.

I am not sure, but I would not recommend drinking alcohol while taking medicine, it will most likely distort what the medication will do and make you very sick since most medication goes into the blood stream, like alcohol does.

there is no direct interaction between alcohol and azithromycin. they should not be taken together because alcohol uniformly reduces the efficacy of antibiotics by making the immune system less able to fight infection.

wait until 5 days after you're done with your z-pack and the infection is cleared at least before consuming alcohol.

It is problematic. "Non-alcoholic" beer can contain up to 1/2% alcohol. This is enough to set off a reaction in many people. It is also enough to cause you to fail an EtG screen.

You can drink beer with amoxicilin, it will not do you any harm, however alcohol can sometimes prevent antibiotics from working properly.
