Thrush is a yeast infection that can occur in your vulva and/or your vagina, it's nothing more than a fungal infection so doesn't effect hormones in any way. Your period is determined by your menstrual cycle, a domino effect of hormonal changes between your brain and reproductive organs, this is not effects by a vaginal infection. If your period is late or skips it's due to something else.
