I've been taking birth controls for 5 months. I stopped taking birth controls on May 17th but started my period the 18th.On May 26th was the last day of my period. The next day I had unprotected sex?

You had sex 10 days after taking the last pill, and didn't use any form of pregnancy protection. That puts you at risk of pregnancy. Consider taking emergency contraception, and contact your health care provider to discuss birth control options, if you're not seeking pregnancy. If you are trying to get pregnant, consider calling your health care provider to discuss folic acid, immunizations, and other preconception counseling.

Does stopping taking the pill mess up getting pregnant?

Taking the birth control pill lowers the risk of pregnancy. Not taking the birth control pill does not lower the risk of pregnancy. You are more likely to get pregnant when you are not taking the birth control pill.

My boyfriend came inside of me today unprotected and I haven't taken my birth control in almost a month - Could i be pregnant?

Yes there is a high chance that you can be pregnant. When missing pills while on birth control can cause pregnancy, a month without birth controls will not protect you from pregnancy at all. A pregnancy test should be taken.

What if your nipples have been hurting for the past week If you have stopped taking your birth control 3 weeks ago Is this a sign of pregnancy?

Hello, Your question is: What if your nipples have been hurting for the past week if you have stopped taking birth control 3 weeks ago Is this a sign of pregnancy? Nipple tenderness can indicate pregnancy but unless other symptoms are associated which may also indicate pregnancy then I wouldn't believe this to be purely pregnancy related. When you stop taking birth control, as the hormones withdraw from your system, breast tenderness is not unheard of and neither is abdominal cramping, headaches or nauseous. However, perform a pregnancy test to be certain.
